My journey has always been driven by a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to make a meaningful impact. From an early age, I developed an interest in business, leadership, and working with people. I pursued a degree in Business Administration at St. John Fisher College while gaining valuable hands-on experience in customer service and daily business operations.
One of the most defining chapters of my life was serving in the United States Marine Corps. My military experience reinforced the importance of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and leading by example—values that continue to guide me personally and professionally.
Following my service, I expanded my experience across several industries, including real estate, auctioneering, sales, and business operations. Each opportunity strengthened my ability to adapt, solve problems, and connect with people from all walks of life. Along the way, I discovered that my greatest professional satisfaction comes from bringing people together, overcoming challenges, and helping teams succeed.

Throughout my career, I've embraced opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Working with established companies such as 84 Lumber, Lowe's, and Home Depot provided valuable experience in retail operations, customer service, sales, inventory management, and team leadership. These experiences helped shape my understanding of what it takes to build successful teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
While advancing professionally, I continued my education at St. John Fisher College, earning a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources. My career eventually led me into the decorative concrete industry, where I took on increasing management responsibilities and developed a deeper appreciation for operational efficiency, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership.
Through every position, I've learned that strong leadership isn't simply about managing a business—it's about supporting people, improving processes, taking accountability, and working alongside your team to achieve shared goals.

Today, my professional journey continues to evolve through a combination of operations leadership, logistics, e-commerce, and live sales. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to oversee diverse operations, manage teams, improve processes, and develop customer-focused services. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead in fast-paced environments while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
More recently, I've expanded my experience into online marketplaces, collectibles, live-streaming auctions, and order fulfillment. Combining my background as a professional auctioneer with modern live commerce has been especially rewarding. I enjoy the energy of live selling, connecting with collectors, showcasing unique merchandise, and creating an engaging experience for customers.
Above all, I remain passionate about learning, embracing new opportunities, and working alongside people who share a drive for excellence. Whether leading a team, solving operational challenges, or engaging with an audience, I believe success comes from teamwork, integrity, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for what you do.
